Welcome to immigri! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the immigri platform and services provided by immigri LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using immigri, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Use of Services
1.1 Eligibility:
immigri services are exclusively available to authorized representatives of immigration law firms. Our platform is not intended for use by the general public.
1.2 Account Registration:
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring the security of your account.
1.3 Subscription:
Access to immigri is subscription-based. Subscription plans, pricing details, and terms are provided on our website. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.
2. Customization and Branding
2.1 Customizable Platform (For Eligible Plans):
immigri offers customization features for eligible subscription plans, allowing you to tailor the platform to your law firm’s branding. This provides a seamless experience for your clients, making it appear as though the materials are provided directly by your firm.
2.2 Responsibility for Customization:
You bear full responsibility for the content, accuracy, and compliance of any customizations made on the platform. immigri disclaims any liability for issues arising from such customizations, including but not limited to, any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property infringement related to your law firm’s branding or materials.
3. User Conduct
3.1 Prohibited Activities:
When using immigri, you agree not to engage in the following:
- Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or professional guidelines.
- Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Uploading harmful software or disrupting the platform’s functionality.
3.2 Content Ownership:
You retain ownership of any content uploaded or customized by you on immigri. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely to operate our services.
4. Privacy and Data Security
4.1 Privacy Policy:
Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.
4.2 Data Ownership and Security:
All data collected on the immigri platform is the property of immigri LLC. However, immigration law firms are entitled to request a copy of their data and may submit a written request for its deletion. Upon receiving such a request, we will provide a copy of the data and remove all records collected on the subscribed platform, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
While we take reasonable measures to secure your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and disclaim liability for breaches beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership:
All intellectual property rights related to immigri, including software, design, content, and trademarks, are owned by immigri LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Restrictions and Customization:
The customized platform option allows for matching the branding of your law firm, but all customizations, along with the use of the platform by your firm, clients, or prospective clients, are subject to immigri’s copyright. This includes all content, whether written, printed, or video. Such content is exclusively for purposes related to marketing, client preparation, client intake, and client retention, and cannot be repurposed for other uses without express permission from immigri.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by You:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
6.2 Termination by Us:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to immigri if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or misuse our services. We also reserve the right to terminate services for operational or business reasons with prior notice.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimers:
immigri is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, immigri LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of immigri, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Marketing Services
immigri is a tool designed to assist law firms with marketing, client preparation, and client support. However, it does not guarantee paid marketing or the acquisition of clients. If a law firm requests paid marketing services, such services must be initiated by a lawful representative of the firm and will be governed by separate terms and conditions, specific to the requested service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or within the platform. Continued use of immigri following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
