- Navigate to the Account page: Once logged in, go to the Account page.
- Click on the support ticket tab: On the Account page, find and click on the support ticket tab to open a support ticket.
- Submit your ticket: Fill out the support ticket form, providing a detailed description of your billing concern. Include any relevant information such as invoice numbers, dates, and amounts. Once submitted, our support team will review your ticket and respond promptly. You will be notified via email and you can check the ticket status following the same steps above.
